This policy explains what Sakura Image to PDF processes when you use the converter and its optional dashboard.
Your images and PDFs
Image files are read and converted in your browser. They are not uploaded to Sakura Image to PDF or stored on our server. The PDF is created and downloaded on your device.
Visitor logs
For basic site operations and visitor reporting, the site records the IP address, approximate location (country and, when available, region or city), browser user-agent, requested page path, and time of a page visit. These logs are visible only after signing in to the administrator panel. We do not use them for advertising or sell them.
Visitor logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Requests with the browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal are not added to the visitor log.
Optional dashboard services
- Weather: The browser asks for location permission only after you select “Use my location.” If allowed, approximate device coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo to return a local forecast.
- Spotify: The dashboard embeds Spotify's “Today's Top Hits” playlist. Spotify may receive connection data when you open the dashboard or play music. Spotify's own privacy policy applies to its player.
- Theme: Your light or dark preference is saved in local browser storage.
Administrator access
The administrator panel uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie after login. It is used only to protect the visitor-log panel and is not used to track visitors.
